- Little Priest Tribal College
- Located in Winnebago, is the newest accredited Indian college in the country. Opened just three years ago, the college was accredited in 1998. The college offers two-year Associate of Arts degrees in several disciplines and works aggressively in providing adult basic education. The focus of the college is to integrate quality academic subjects with preservation of tribal culture and traditions. The college provides a teaching writing venue for tribal member, David Smith, an anthropologist to continue his research into tribal history.
